Job description

KARAMTARA ENGINEERING PVT LTD, TARAPUR, BOISAR ( MAHARASHTRA) are currently looking for GM / AVP / VP - Sales and Marketing & Exports ( International & Domestic) for Beams / ERW Pipe & Tube / Profiles or any other Cold Formin Steel Products.

Job Descriptions ( but not limited to the following):

Develop and execute strategic Marketing /Sales / Export plans for product solutions like Beam / Profiles / ERW Tubes & Pipes etc as aligned with the company goals to International and domestic Customers.

Oversee daily sales & marketing and export activities, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and stakeholders (for domestic & and international markets).

Leverage strong mechanical aptitude and extensive experience in steel tube fabrication to

guide operations & and provide technical insights to optimize fabrication processes and product quality.

Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the product market ( domestic & and international) as well as the steel tube fabrication industry.

Forge new business relationships and secure contracts with both existing and prospective

customers. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns

addressed promptly.

Maintain a high level of rapport with all customers, resolving any issues that may interfere

with efficient sales operations. Led, mentored, and trained the sales and customer service teams, guiding in product solutions and steel tube fabrication processes.

Organize schedules, territories, and performance evaluations to optimize team

performance.

Analyse sales and operational reports to derive insights and guide decision-making & and utilize data to project sales, set profitability targets, and identify potential new markets.

Collaborate with the executive leadership team to craft effective sales strategies and goals & and drive marketing initiatives to bolster the company's industry presence and image, with a

focus on steel tube fabrication/beam/erw pipe/tube / any other steel products.

Should be able to turn around current business to grow by enhancing the market presence

for products like PUF/Sandwich Panels, Roofing profile sheets, purlins, decking, sponge

Iron, H.R. Coils, Cold Rolled /Colour Coated / Galvanized Sheets (Zn based as well as Al-Zn

Based) / Steel Structural (Long Products)/ Alloy Steel Blooms / Steel Pipes & Tubes ( as

applicable) or any other steel products of KEPL.

Raw Material Procurement, Costing in large-scale steel industries. Should successfully drive innovation and optimization across Channel Sales / OEM Sales / Exports to continuously improve/expand company offerings and customer experiences ( domestic & and international)

Annual CTC : Max 65 L & Age : Max : 55 Yrs.
