Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Billing & QS-Real Estate professional with Minimum experience of 12 years to 15 years. The Billing & QS-Real Estate professional will be responsible for analyzing architectural plans, identifying materials and labor requirements, and preparing cost estimates for projects, monitoring and managing construction costs, preparing invoices and bills, and working closely with the project team to ensure that billing and budget-related issues are resolved efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Demonstrated expertise in quantity surveying, estimation, cost control Excellent knowledge and understanding of construction materials, methods, and standards Experience using relevant software tools (such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera, and/or Bluebeam Revu) Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential construction projects, particularly in the real estate industry Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially with project managers and site engineers Experience with cost estimation and Surveying in Real Estate development would be an added advantageJob tags
