Job Description: For this role, attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities and data into benefits is crucial. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive sales and increase market share. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services. • Understand and stay current with industry standards, technical developments, and regulatory landscape to enhance business opportunities and product development. • Forge strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies. • Negotiate and close business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to understand and leverage technical advancements in product formulations, manufacturing processes, and quality control for business growth. • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders. • Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities, analyzing the results and taking corrective actions as necessary. • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
