Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1–3 years of proven US Bench sales experience in US IT staffing with experience in marketing H1B/OPT consultants
- Proficiency in US tax terms such as W2, Corp2Corp, and 1099
- Comprehensive knowledge of the US staffing business, benchmark sales, and recruitment processes
- Screening of consultant resumes to assess profiles before marketing
- sole responsibility for marketing US IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT) to vendors or direct clients.
- Proven ability to build a network of vendor relations using social networking platforms like LinkedIn and other portals
- Effective time management and experience in task prioritization
- identifying suitable requirements, matching consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting consultants, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Strong cold-calling skills, rate negotiation expertise, and persuasive closing abilities
- We must maintain the submission database, coordinate interviews, and manage joining formalities; we closely track and follow up with vendors.
