The Position
As a Service Manager – People Reporting Operations at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:
Serve as the Service Manager and Functional Lead for the People Reporting Support function. Manage People Reporting Operations and ensure seamless service delivery of reports. Encourage frequent and effective communication throughout the operations team to ensure accurate information flow. Foster a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission of the People Analytics organization. Act as a mentor to fellow HR team members by providing guidance where appropriate.
Assist the Management by providing critical information and project oversight for delegated projects/tasks. Ensure 100% compliance in all reporting activities. Utilize your experience within SAP BW, HR, and EC applications. Apply your good understanding of the field of HR to drive impactful reporting. Serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert for SAP BW/HR related activities. Utilize your strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation to make data-driven decisions.
Analyze large datasets and draw insights to deliver meaningful reports.
Form strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Manage senior stakeholders and work across different functional or business areas.
Utilize your subject matter expertise in organizational culture, employee engagement, or performance management. Facilitate and train others, both virtually and in-person.
Apply your analytical skills to understand research and design processes. Work with projects and people across borders.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
B Tech or MBA from tier 1/ tier 2 colleges.
8 to 10 years of industry experience.
Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in SAP HR/BW (WEBI), SAP Analysis for office.

The People Reporting & Analytics department is located in GBS. With a team of dedicated professionals, we are focused on establishing and maintaining global standards on data management and a strong single source of truth (SSOT) for people analytics and organization key deliverables. We work collaboratively to support the global HR Master Data Management and data quality efforts. Our department operates in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere, where continuous improvement and delivering impactful insights are at the core of our work.
