Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur Campus
Reports To: Director of Communications and Marketing
Job Overview: Sir Padampat Singhania University is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our university and its programs. They will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/students.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness and recruitment efforts.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for website and blogs.
- Monitor ROI and KPIs, with a focus on optimizing and improving the digital marketing strategy.
- Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.
- Generate monthly reports on the digital marketing campaign's performance.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to create digital content that aligns with the university's recruitment goals.
- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
- Coordinate with the communications department to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up to date with digital media technologies and the latest trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, particularly within the higher education sector.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
