Profile: Customer Support Representative
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Details:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following traits:
• Self-starter, problem-solver, resourceful, flexible, agile, and team-orientation with individual accountability.
• Demonstrates the ability to understand business partners' views and work collaboratively to identify a solution.
• Clear understanding of technical aspects of the platforms, as well as how communicators utilize them for content creation, emails, and events.
• Demonstrates strong customer orientation and openness to stakeholder input while reinforcing global governance.
• Assists with driving successful program adoption through a customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to learn new programs through guided documentation, as well as relying on a self-starter mentality
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative/qualitative analytical approaches, such as analyzing business operating models and providing recommendations.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Assist with documentation, formulating processes, and auditing.
Technical background:
• Experience working with communications software.
• Experience working with issue-tracking tools.
• Experience assisting with day-to-day requests.
