Job Description
At all assigned candidate need to coordinate with bank staff with given territory and convert lead getting from them into the sales and maintain win-win situation.

Establishing & strengthening relationship with PNB Bank branch manager & staffs to gain leadsProspecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis Increasing bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch's customer base.Creating awareness and motivate bank employees to recommend life insurance products to bank customersDelivering consistently on Goal Sheet parameters Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other defined sales & service standards

Knowledge & Skills Required for Insurance Jobs
Educational Qualification Required: Graduation/ Post Graduation (Any field)
Experience Range: 8+ Months in Sales/marketing/BFSI/FMCG/Auto/Pharma Sales or Customer Relationship.
Knowledge Required: Knowledge about BFSI industry Sales (preferably in bancassurance sales in Bank), or any product sales, field sales, FMCG Sales, Pharma product Sales etc
Location knowledge : Candidate local from Native / Must have area knowledge to easy communicate

Skills Required: Effective Communication, Influencing & Negotiation skills
Age: 21 to 35 years
Behavioral Competencies: Customer Centricity, Result Orientation, Relationship Management, Sales Capability & Problem Solving
