Department Description

Test Integration and Implementation is a change delivery organization within the CIB's Digital& Platform Services (D&PS). TI&I is responsible for transforming testing, data, environments, and release management, to support migration to the cloud, adoption of AI, improvements to the stability environment, and better integration and implementation of our Payments products and services for our clients. TI&I capabilities include end-to-end test management and automation, business analysis, data analytics and program management, which are tailored to enable strategic initiatives in Payments.

Job Description

As a Business Technology Lead at you will be working on test execution in an Agile framework as well as ensuring an excellent user experience from end to end . You should be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the planning, creation and execution of tests for product releases of internal Chase applications
  • Partnering with testing leads to process daily file testing, manage issues, risks, and status reporting
  • Building relationships with product analysts and technical teams to understand release scope
  • Reporting defects and retesting fixes
  • Provide technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering business requirements, developing functional specification documents, reviewing existing offerings, and supporting all the testing phases.

  • Develop and mock-up user interfaces and reports
  • Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demonstrations, and the development of appropriate documentation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role
  • Strong Experience with testing Mainframe applications, test development
  • Ability to be an integral team member (planning support, documenting, and communicating)
  • Passion for backend functional testing to include meticulous calculation validations
  • Written and verbal communication skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing and organized manner
  • Flexibility and adaptability - able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction

Preferredqualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Functional testing automation tools and technologies
  • API (Application Programming Interface) test automation (,Postman)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
  • Experience obtaining requirements from business users and subject matter experts, reviewing business priorities, and/or analyzing options& risks.
  • Banking domain Experience is required
  • Ability to write and create detailed business and functional requirements
  • Experience creating functional system requirements specifications
  • Intermediate level experience in MS Excel and SQL.
  • Should be Detail-oriented, strong analytical and communication skills are a must.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle
