Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor cum Cameraman located in Coimbatore. The role will include filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content for the university's website, social media, and other marketing and promotional initiatives. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the Communications Department and other departments to help convey the university's message to the public.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a videographer/cameraman and video editor.
• Strong understanding of and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Experience with lighting, sound recording, and digital photography.
• Knowledge and understanding of video codecs, file formats, and video file delivery for online platforms.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with the Communications Department and other departments to convey the university's message to the public.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in film, media, or a relevant field would be beneficial, but not necessary.
