Job Description
Experience – 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students interested in overseas education.
Provide detailed information about study programs, universities, application
procedures, and other relevant details.
Understand the educational background and career goals of the students to
recommend suitable overseas education options.
Address queries and concerns raised by prospective students, parents, or guardians.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students in the CRM
system.
Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure seamless coordination in the student
enrolment process.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in international education to
provide accurate information to students.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and
communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in the education
sector.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and establish
trust.
Familiarity with the overseas education process and different study destinations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
Fluency in English and any additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Knowledge of international exams like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, etc., is a plus.
