Senior Associate, Talent Intelligence and Sourcing

What will your essential responsibilities include
The Senior Associate, TSI will bring a hands-on approach to execution of the below responsibilities, with a specific focus on our senior leaders mapping and recruitment portfolio:
- Candidate will be instrumental in the delivery of Global Talent Sourcing and Intelligence deliverables, including, but not limited to:
- Competitor and market research and intelligence
- Proactive market mapping
- Skill-based talent identification
- Leadership assessment, succession planning and execution
- Collaboration with Global TA and HR teams on leadership assessment search strategy
- Talent deep dives on growth areas
- Business insights to fuel future needs definition
- Labor market expertise to define emerging skills
- Proactive potential external candidate development, engagement, and pipelining
- Provide an analysis of company and industry information from a range of sources and identifies executives in target companies and positions on an ongoing, proactive basis
- Offer specialized attention and detailed engagement to all early sourcing initiatives, allowing TA teams to focus solely on recruitment
- Identify and prioritize target companies through market research
- Develop specialist knowledge and insights into the trends, strategies and characteristics of the insurance/reinsurance sector and its leaders with special focus on senior leadership positions, market mapping and talent identification
- Participate on hiring intake calls with Global HR and Business leaders
You will report to Global Head, Talent Sourcing & Intelligence.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics or other related disciplines
- Proven experience in providing senior level global research, talent sourcing, knowledge and trend operations/functions
- Understanding of competency frameworks, cognitive tools, org benchmarks
- Depth of experience and passion for market research and intelligence
- Experience in the global financial services or insurance industries is ideal
- Experience communicating with and influencing senior leadership as well as framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience across a multitude of diverse stakeholders
