Job description
We are hiring a combined position with responsibility for handling travel arrangements in the Company's Staffing division and general administrative/office duties in the Company at large. This role will require the individual to have a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills with superior interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Shift time- 3 PM to midnight IST Requirement - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft computer programs and company-specific systems and databases
- Ability to exercise solid judgment, including the handling of highly confidential information

- This position will require occasional attention to urgent needs after usual business hours and on weekends.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Responsible for the Staffing Division contractor schedule:
- Compile staffing needs from clients and gather availability from providers
- Maintain and update staffing schedules into chosen scheduling software in the appropriate timeframes
- Confirm schedule with staffing clients / cross reference client schedule with medtigo schedule to optimize provider schedules and maximize provider hours worked
- Maintain collegial relationships with contacts at client sites as well as contractors; share potential business or new provider leads with Director
- Troubleshoot and problem solve urgent needs to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Reach out to sites a few times per month to see if they have any additional open shifts needing coverage.
- Send additional open shifts to providers a few times per month to see if they can take additional shifts.
- Supply and Demand: make sure numbers match the schedule every other week.
- Mandatory Education sending reminders to providers on upcoming site mandatory education.
- Responsible for Independent contractor travel arrangements:
- Coordinate and book all travel arrangements for contractors using company designated vendors and payment arrangements
- Seek time-efficient travel solutions for contractors while assuring cost-effectiveness for Company
- Research and secure favorable rates with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels
- Assure that travel requirements are completed on time to fulfill contractor scheduling obligations,
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during travel including off-hours and emergent situations
- Responsible for credentialing of contractors
- Send reminders to providers when licenses/certifications are close to expiration and request updated versions
- Review Admin Panel for expired licenses/certifications and request updated versions
- Complete onboarding procedure for new staffing providers
- Complete reference checks on new staffing providers
- Perform background screenings
- Requesting provider to complete authorization and release for background form
- Add flu vaccines to the admin panel and zoho
- Sending documentation of flu vaccines to the sites
- Send email to providers then send to the site they work at once received
- Credentialing applications: as needed, following up with providers for documentation pertaining to the application
- As credentialing progresses start arranging site orientation
