Role Description

This is a contract role for a Human Resources Consultant at Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna. The role is hybrid, meaning the consultant will have to come to the Noida office once a week. The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for a range of duties such as managing HR policies, addressing employee relations, ensures the company complies with Labor and Employment law, and providing advice on HR management issues.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR management skills
• Experience in developing and maintaining company HR policies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain employee relations and handle queries and disputes professionally and efficiently
• 5+ years of HR experience
