Overview
The SAP PS (Project Systems) role is crucial for our organization as it involves managing and executing complex projects using the SAP ERP system. The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing SAP PS modules ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PS modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Design develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules
- Provide expertise in SAP PS functionalities and support end users
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Train and mentor end users on SAP PS system usage
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure system stability and accuracy
- Document system processes configurations and customizations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success
- Manage change requests and enhancements within SAP PS
- Stay updated on SAP PS best practices and industry trends
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for SAP PS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 5 years of experience in SAP PS implementation and support
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in SAP PS configuration and customization
- Experience in integrating SAP PS with other SAP modules
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in SAP PS is highly preferred
- Experience in system testing validation and documentation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of SAP PS best practices and industry trends
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
- Excellent training and mentoring skills
