To know more, please visit we are looking forCLOUDSUFI is seeking a Technical Project Manager of Client Services. Project Manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Project scope. He/she will work together with Leads in program/project to create an execution plan in consultation with the customer stakeholders and drive the execution with team wrt. People, Process and Structure. Some of the key KPIs for this role are - Gross Margin, Customer Advocacy (NPS), ESAT(Employee Satisfaction), Penetration (Net New) and Target Revenue realization. Required Experience :Experience of managing software development projects around Java, Open Source technologies and Data integration products.Hands-on experience in open source software development and web technologies.Experience on GCP is preferred.Should have thorough understanding of DevOps philosophy and driven the same in past projectsOverseeing quality control processesA proven track record of delivering projects to time, cost and quality.Must have performed program delivery for a large program of size more than USD 2M annually and grown the account through delivery excellenceCustomer centric approach which includes understanding of expectations/prioritizations of customer needs.Must have experience of setting up large teams and work transitioning from onsite teams /other vendor in a structured and predictable mannerRisk management which includes risk mitigation and contingency plansMust have managed at least projects as SCRUM Master for a team size of 20+ in onsite-offshore modelHands-on experience of agile project management. Must be conversant in performing all Agile Ceremonies - Daily Scrum calls, Retro and Demo meeting and Velocity calculationKnowledge of SAFE Agile framework an added advantageExperience in strategic planning risk management and change managementProficiency in project management software toolsShould be well verse with current technology trends in IT Solutions e.g. Cloud Platform development, DevOps, Low Code solutions, Intelligent AutomationShould have experience of managing development projects for Ecommerce Financial Services or Security domain experience will be a definite plusNon-Technical/ Behavioral competencies required :Must have worked with US written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills (8/10 minimum)Should have good conflict management Should have superior persuasive and negotiation skillsShould have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skillsShould be a quick learner, self starter, go-getter and team playerShould have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structureShould have demonstrated appreciable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in past organizationsJob Responsibilities :Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the clientActively mine new opportunities within account by cross/up sellingLead Daily Scrum calls, Scrum Planning, Retro and Demos meetingsBring out technical/operational challenges/risks during execution, develop action plan for mitigation and aversion of identified risksComply with development processes, documentation templates and tools prescribed by CLOUDSUFI or and its clientsWork with other teams and Program Managers in the organization and assist them on estimation of tasks for proposalsContribute towards the creation of knowledge repository, reusable templates, reports and dashboardsAssign tasks, track deliverables, and remove impediments to team membersPrepare Progress Reports and Dashboards for monitoring project progress and report to internal/external stakeholdersEvaluate and assess risks for the projectCreate and maintain delivery best practices and audit the implementation of processes and best practices in the organizationProvide feedback to team members and be a coach and mentor for themProvide training sessions on the latest topics and trends in area of Agile to others employees in the organizationParticipate in organization development activities time to time-Interviews, CSR/ Employee engagement activities, participation in business events/conferences, implementation of new policies, systems and procedures as decided by Management team (ref:hirist.tech)
