Job Summary:

As a Paid Ads and SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving online visibility and traffic through both paid advertising and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. You will be responsible for creating and managing effective paid campaigns while leveraging your SEO expertise to enhance the overall online presence of the company. In addition, proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that integrate paid advertising and SEO efforts. Conduct thorough research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends. Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate paid advertising into broader marketing initiatives.

Campaign Execution: Set up and launch paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Create compelling ad copies, creative assets, and landing pages for maximum impact. Monitor and adjust campaign settings, budgets, and bids to optimize performance.

SEO Optimization:

Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic search growth. Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve website visibility and rankings. Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO strategies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide detailed reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies. Iterate and optimize campaigns based on the results of A/B testing.

Budget Management:

Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns and platforms. Ensure efficient use of advertising spend to achieve desired outcomes.

Tools Management:

Utilize digital marketing tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign management. Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to enhance campaign efficiency.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketing, to align efforts and achieve overarching business goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on campaign performance and SEO improvements.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Stay informed about changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, and industry best practices. Implement new features and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Certifications in relevant advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads Certification) is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs and others. Attributes: Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset. Creativity in crafting compelling ad copies and visuals. Ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithms. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving KPIs. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in both paid advertising and SEO.
