Job description

Job Role: Manager / Sr Manager - Design & Development

Mandatory Skills : Graduate in Medicine / Life Sciences / Pharma. Healthcare industry experience (Administrative) Understanding of Product Management aspects

Key Responsibilities Process: Conduct assessment of the client problem and structure the solution to the problem Divide the solution workflow into discrete work-streams that can be performed with technology or manually. Evaluate different ways of dividing the solution and implementing the workstreams Liaise with technology to help build the UI/UX and back-end database (including integration with client database) that supports the work flow. Conduct background research on clinical and technical aspects of specific solutions, build knowledge banks and training materials. Design templates and define manual workflows, SOPs, Rulebooks Design templates and define manual workflows, SOPs, Rulebooks Defining production KRAs, Quality control mechanisms, governance mechanisms Executing a small pilot . Managing day to day operations to ensure delivery as per SLAs and CSAT. Fine tuning during pilot and transition strategy from pilot to full scale operations Create training outlines for full scale operations Project Management: Prepare and update Gantt charts, document, track and report progress on implementation of the pilot project, aim towards continuous process innovation.

People: Liaise with technology to help build the UI/UX and back end database (including integration with client database) that supports the work flow. Executing a small pilot (~10 team members). Managing day to day operations to ensure delivery as per SLAs and CSAT. Additionally supervising AMs/Ms on their pilot projects.

Education & Experience Qualifications: Graduation in Medicine or Life sciences

related field (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDS/BPT) is mandatory

Role Prerequisites: An overall experience of 5 years in case of graduates and 3 years in case of post graduation is a must. Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a small team of people. Basic understanding of technology Demonstrated proficiency in product management aspects (Including proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets and presentation) is a must.
