Job description
We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our Digital Marketing team. The incumbent is responsible for day-to-day digital marketing activities including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, and Video Promotion from both organic and paid approaches.
Broad functions of the role:
1. End-to-end Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Annual eBusiness Planning, Budgeting, Strategy, Thought Leadership & Execution Calendar.
- Leading Digital Team (Creative, Content, SEO, Social, Analytics) & Vendor management.
- Strategic Digital Marketing & Governance - formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
2. Strategic Website Planning:
- Visitor, Search Engine, Marketing & Analytics Friendly UX / UI web strategy manipulation.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO, Local SEO, Voice Search Optimization, AMP & SEO Analytics.
4. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) - Google & Bing AdWords:
- Keyword research, Search Advertising, Display Advertising, Video Advertising, Shopping
- Advertising, Mobile Advertising, Remarketing, A/B Testing, and Split Testing.
5. Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Social Media Marketing (SMM):
- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok paid marketing.
- Social media content strategy, engagement, optimization & brand building.
6. Email Marketing:
- Effective & Engaging email strategy, Setup auto Responders & Email Automation.
- Opt-in & Double Opt-in Email Campaigns setup. A/B Testing and Split Testing.
7. Lead Generation Strategy:
- Holistic Lead Generation & Lead Nurturing in CRM & LMS.
- Defining key performance indicators (KPI) to identify trends and opportunities
8. Mobile Marketing:
- SMS & Voice message campaign, Bulk WhatsApp Shooting & Mobile Apps Marketing.
- Apps installation campaign, Ad Campaigns on Inshorts, Dailyhunt, Scoopwhoop etc.
9. Content Marketing:
- Content Strategy & Optimization for leads & brands, Magnetic Headlines, and Copyrighting.
10. Online Reputation Management:
- Product, Service & Brand Sentiment analysis in support of text mining for process improvement.
11. E-commerce Marketplace Management & Reporting
12. Web Analytics - Google & Adobe Analytics:
- Advanced Metrics, Filters and segments, Setting Funnel in Goal, Monitoring traffic and behaviour.
- Heat mapping, Click path analytics, Multivariate testing, Sales Optimization, and Session replay.
Job responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor the ongoing organization's presence on social media channels.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase brand online properties and brand awareness.
- Increase customer engagement through email marketing activities.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
- Collaborate with the content team to create optimized content for search engines.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or a similar role of at least 2 years
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking with sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Off-page SEO, social media marketing, social media management, online paid advertising, online promotion, campaign management (paid ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM )
