Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Store And Purchase to join our team at Apollo Health And Lifestyle Limited. As an Executive Store And Purchase, you will be responsible for managing the store and purchasing activities to ensure smooth operations and efficient supply chain management. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in store management and purchasing
- Knowledge of store operations and inventory management
- Experience in purchase order processing and documentation
- Familiarity with re-ordering processes and stock auditing
- Understanding of pharmacy inventory requirements is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
- Negotiation skills and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the store operations and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle purchase order processing and documentation
- Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering when necessary
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the pharmacy department for inventory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock movements, and expenses
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with suppliers
- Collaborate with the finance department for invoice processing and payment
- Assist in the implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives
- Provide support in vendor selection and evaluation
