Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Charter Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all charter requests, providing clients with the best air charter, yacht charter, and medical evacuation charter options. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, and working closely with our Operations team to ensure that our charter services are the best in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the air charter, yacht charter, or hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge of GDS and CRM systems is a plus
