Profile - Plant Maintenance Engineer Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma- EE , EEE , EI Salary - Upto 4 LAC CTC Experience - Min. 4+ yrs. in plant maintenance. Location- Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) Job Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance procedures for various types of equipment and machinery. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems. Schedule and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or breakdowns. Coordinate and execute repairs to minimize downtime and production losses. Work closely with other departments, such as production and quality control, to address issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Document equipment specifications, manuals, and maintenance procedures. Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and manage maintenance activities.
