Responsible for Governance of statutory compliances as per Contract Labour act, BOCW Act, EPF act, Employees Compensation Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act and any other applicable Acts.
Obtaining the Statutory licenses & renewal under the contract Labour Act and BOCW Act
Co-ordination for the compliance auditing of sub-contractors monthly HR Compliance documents (Attendance and Wages Register, PF Challans, ECR , Wages Payment Proof etc.) and one time Documents of Vendor.
follow up with Subcontractors HR Team for completing pending HR Compliance documents as per the Minimum wages of BOCW ACT.
Co-ordination for the Registers under the Contract Labour act of subcontractors.
Handling queries related to PF of existing employees.
Handling non-payment issues of Contractors Labour and resolve it in coordination with Clients guidance.
Co-ordination with Client for Contractors pending HR Compliances and resolving issues of Contractors as per the instructions / guidelines of Client.
