Job description
1 End to End handling of purchase and procurement activities.
2 Monitor order status and liaise with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery
3 Identify and source reliable suppliers for furniture components and materials
4 Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and quality procurement
5 Negotiate terms conditions and pricing with suppliers to secure favourable agreements
6 Continuously seek costsaving opportunities without compromising quality
7 Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production schedules
8 Coordinate with warehouse teams to track stock levels and manage inventory turnover
9 Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure purchased materials meet established quality
standards
10 Address and resolve quality issues with suppliers promptly
11 Maintain accurate and uptodate records of purchase transactions
12 Stay informed about market trends new materials and industry innovations
13 Provide insights and recommendations on potential suppliers and costeffective purchasing
