Job Description

• Title: Lead HR - Employee Engagement and Communications
• Department: Human Resources
• Reports To: HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement:
• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance.
• Create a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering a culture of appreciation, teamwork, and open communication.
• Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness initiatives to promote employee morale and work-life balance.
• Internal Communication:
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure effective and timely dissemination of information to employees.
• Manage various communication channels such as emails, intranets, newsletters, and bulletin boards to keep employees informed about company news, policies, events, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather information, create content, and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
• Surveys and Feedback:
• Plan, develop, and conduct employee surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups to gauge employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive positive change.
• Analyze survey results and provide recommendations and action plans to address identified concerns and enhance employee engagement.
• Employee Recognition:
• Design and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and appreciate outstanding employee contributions, efforts, and milestones.
• Ensure fair and transparent recognition processes aligned with company values, and encourage a culture of appreciation.
• Internal Events and Celebrations:
• Organize and coordinate internal events, celebrations, and town-hall meetings to facilitate employee communication, interaction, and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute activities such as festivals, annual day celebrations, and employee awards ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Human Resources or relevant field (PHRi / SPHRi preffred).
• Proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Experience in conducting employee surveys and analyzing results.
• Creative thinking ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
