Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to customers in-store, as well as on-call and email consultations. The Fashion Consultant will also be responsible for product knowledge, fashion consulting, communication, customer service, and sales.

Qualifications
  • Product knowledge in luxury fashion brands and current fashion trends
  • Experience in fashion consulting, customer service, and sales in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Degree or Certification in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
  • Additional language proficiency in other regional Indian languages is a plus
