Role-: Assistant Manager-HVAC
Experience-: 6 to 10 Yrs.
Location-: Thane, Mumbai
Job Description / Responsibilities -:
1) Designing (C oncept, Basic and Detail engineering) of HVAC Systems & Clean Room for Pharmaceutical (Sterile / non-sterile, injectable, tablet, capsule, Betalactum, liquid mfg. plants), Biotech Projects, as per the GMP, WHO, USFDA, ASHRAE, SMACANA, etc. guidelines.
2) Heat load Calculations, Cold room calculations, VRF/VRV, HVAC Equipment selections like chillers, cooling towers, AHU, Dehumidifiers, humidifiers, chilled water control accessories Etc.
3) Preparation of HVAC and AHU BOQ.
4) Costing for HVAC and AHU BOQ .
5) Detailing and review of various HVAC drawing like Airflow diagram, Pr. Zoning, system zoning , equipment location layouts, Ducting layouts, RCP layouts, CHW & HW P&ID, HVAC Piping layouts, AHU GAD etc..
6) Preparation of T echnical specification and Datasheets of HVAC High side & Low side equipment.
7) T echnical bid analysis for HVAC low-side and AHU.
8) V alidation & Documentation of HVAC system such as DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ.
9) Interface with equipment suppliers / vendors to discuss design issues and resolve problems.
10) Knowledge about Testing and Air balancing of HVAC system ISO14644.
