Job Overview: The Golden Rise is looking for a highly motivated and talented Jr. Recruiting Associate - Hybrid (MBA & BBA) to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for candidates who possess both business administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) qualifications. As a Jr. Recruiting Associate, you will contribute to our recruiting efforts and assist in the acquisition of top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and potential fit within the organization.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Job Posting: Draft and post job descriptions on various online platforms and professional networks.
• Networking: Attend career fairs and networking events to build relationships with potential candidates.
• Employer Branding: Assist in developing strategies to enhance the company's brand and attract top talent.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA).
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
