Job description

Roles & Responsibilities of Facilitator:

• The Zonal Manager will be handling 20 30 schools and team of trainers in the given district.
• Laison with the Government Stakeholder ( Education Department officials School Principal Teachers) for the effective project implementation
• Supervises the school level operations at the assigned district and ensure timely submission of Monthly/Quarterly/ Annual reports
• Showcase Leadership skills effective people management through the successful implementation on ground
• Ensure effective communication and reporting upward and down the line of all matters related to the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

• PostGraduation with a minimum of 4 years experience in a relevant field
• Should be a quick learner to understand and execute the structured program
• Operation Management skills for effective delivery of the program
• Experience in reporting training monitoring and evaluating the projects
• Ability to mentor the team to achieve Programmatic goals towards achieving Org goals
• Good English speaking & writing skills

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal communication and supervision Skills
• Good understanding of the pedagogical aspects involved in teaching children.
• Good people engagement networking and listening skills
• Ability to drive outcomeoriented plans through the team s collective effort
• Critical thinking and problemsolving
• Emotional maturity to build relationships empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members and develop others

Other Information:

• Scope: Full time
• Remuneration: 420000 p.a. 500000 p.a. based on the candidate s skill and experience
• Expected Joining Date: Immediate
• Location: Chennai Mahbubnagar Telangana
• Minimum commitment: 2 years

Skills Required: Networking find out & establish contact with local Communities, Colleges, NGOs & other Partnerships. Able to do house visits and good reachability in the community. Written and oral communication in Tamil and English. Hindi will be an added advantage.. Ability to engage with daily wagers and college dropouts & slum youths. Basic Idea of Qualitative and Quantitative research methodologies. Flexibility & Positive thoughts keen to learn new things. Education Qualification / Experience: MSW / MBA from a recognized university with 1-3 years of relevant experience Other Information: Designation: Associate, Skill-Ed, Student Mobilizer.
