Job description
Able to Handle production related activityAble to Handle Manpower and train them and get maximum output by minimum manpowerAble to increase production by his experience and knowledgeAble to take care production reports and report to management time to time.Salary may be increase depend on knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
The Production manager is in charge of all the manufacturing of the apparels in the factory unit.
He has to examine the finished product carefully and look for Entire Production of Surface Protection Film Plant.
The Problem related to production in manufacturing have to be rectified immediately.
He will be also in charge of packaging these finished goods,
He has to check for the quality of the raw materials and standardize it
He has to coordinate with the vendors and Suppliers.
He has to take reports from each of them about the working of the department.
He has to ensure that all the manufacturing targets are met .
The safety procedures have to be implemented by them in the factory .
They have to liaise between the management and the workers.
Discussion with other team members
Looking after job works (such as printing, Productionm packing,despatch etc) and taking decision on selection vendors for job work.
Meet with buyer representatives and understand about quality requirements of each buyer.
