Job description
Positions: Electrical design Engineer
Qualification : BE/B.Tech / ME/ M.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation)- No diploma candidates will be accepted
Experience: 4 to 16yrs.

JD:
1.Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in Design Engineering as well as Assembly Interface, Installation and commissioning knowledge who are worked in the manufacturing companiesLike CNC and Special Purpose Machineries, Industrial Automations, SEMI Domain (Not Just with Harness/ Schematics Designs).
2.Expertise in PLC/CNC/Other OEM specific Control systems with having excellent Knowledge about Analog & Digital I/Os., SCADA, HMI, LABVIEW, MATLAB.
3.Having Good knowledge in Temperature controllers Like Micro fusion, Watlow, Eurotherm-selections, functionalunderstand.
4.Expertise knowledge in Servo Control systems, VFD, Motion control feedback system.
5.Expertise knowledge on Industrial Transducers and Sensors
6.Expertise in Power Distribution/Control Panel Designs
7.Compulsorily Hands-on experience with at least 2 Electrical CAD Tools Like E3s, E-Plan, Creo, AutoCADElectrical, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Works Etc.(Preference will be given to E3s expertise candidate) for Schematics, CableHarness, PD panel Designs.
8.Good Hands-on experience in Selection of Electrical & Electronics Components Like Switch Gears, Control Actuators, Power supplies, Industrialtransducers, Industrial Sensors, Servo Drives, VF Drives, Servo Motors, Heaters, Induction Motors, Control Systems, PD Enclosures, Cables, Connectors and its accessories, temperatureControllers as Per Global Standards Like UL, NFPA79, NEMAEtc.9.Good Knowledge in Electrical Basic Fundamentals Like EMC, EMI, Earthing, Grounding.
10.Expertise in Electrical Load and Heat Load calculations for Power Distribution PanelDesigns.
12.Expertise in Class 3 cable routing with UG&NX or Creo or Solid Works will be an added advantage.
13.Hands on experience/Basic knowledge with Pneumatic/Hydraulic Circuitsis compulsory.
14.Good in Communication and Presentation Skills.NOTE: -Candidates Just with Tool Knowledge for Schematics/cable harness/PD designs will not be suitable, andcandidates Just worked for PD/Control Panel Design Industries will not be Suitable.
