Key Responsibilities

 Filling positions within our organization.

 Responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring to fill Sales position

 Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.

 Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.

 Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

 Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

 Drafting and posting job descriptions.

 Preparing job offers.

Requirements:

 Graduate

 Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.

 A minimum of 2 year experience in recruitment.

 Good communication skills.
