Brgrmeister is a popular restaurant specializing in gourmet burgers and fries. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Commis 3. As a Commis 3, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working under the guidance of our experienced chefs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the culinary arts and wants to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation and organization of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented to perfection
- Monitor stock levels and notify superior of any shortages or discrepancies
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment by maintaining a cooperative and optimistic attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of food preparation and service
Requirements - Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
