Family Summary/Mission:
Responsible for receiving inbound calls at vHealth Contact Centre and driving customer experience.

Position Summary/Mission:

• Responsible to answer incoming calls from customers
• Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
• Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Background/Experience Desired:

• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Experienced telemarketing/tele-caller preferably from insurance industry
Educational Requirements:
• Graduate preferred, Not Mandatory
• Min education 12th Pass
