Job Title- Junior Talent & Development Specialist / Global Leadership Strategy & Development

Location – Bangalore,India

Role Description

Within the Talent & Development function, the ‘Global Leadership Strategy and Development’ team owns Deutsche Bank’s leadership proposition to assess and develop leaders. The scope of this role will be global and will primarily support Leadership frameworks, tools, processes team. Additionally, the role will support the Leadership Value Chain pillar in ensuring strong governance, reporting across leadership book of work and programme management for development interventions, when required. You can also expect to work in an agile and flexible team model that requires contribution across topics and divisions. Leadership frameworks, tools, processes team plays an important role in the design/deployment and governance of leadership tools, psychometrics, and processes. This means that we are responsible for the conceptual house view on leadership topics as well as the design and deployment of leadership tools, such as assessment tools/processes, leadership programmes and their governance. You will work hand in hand with your HR colleagues to support key strategic initiatives that will further develop our houseview on leadership and how to bring it to life. You will help to build the capability of our leaders of today and our pipeline of leaders of tomorrow.
