Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.Â

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and conversion rates.
  2. Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  3. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings.
  4. Create, monitor, and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness.
  5. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  6. Manage and grow social media accounts, including content creation and community engagement.
  7. Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling and relevant marketing collateral.
  8. Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and enhance customer relationships.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  10. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketing Specialist, or SEO Specialist.
  3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  4. Proficiency in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  5. Experience with PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including budget management and ROI analysis.
  6. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Creativity and attention to detail in developing effective marketing campaigns.
  10. Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
