Job description

• Process Simulate: Mandatory expertise in Process Simulate.
• Robot Simulation & Human Simulation: Proficiency in both areas.
• Sequence of Operation: Able to prepare and validate the sequence of operations.
• Body Shop Exposure: Experience in body shop operations.
• BIW Panel Assemblies: Strong knowledge of BIW panel assemblies and processes.
• Ergonomic & Safety Standards: Proficiency in ergonomic and safety standards.
• Fixture Concept Design: Knowledge of fixture concept design.
• Cell Building & Plant Layout: Experience in Cell Building and Plant Layout Creation.
• Robot Reachability Study: Conducting robot reachability studies.
• Weld Balance: Basic knowledge of weld balance.
• Root Cause Analysis: Ability to perform concern root cause analysis.

Software Knowledge: Process Simulate Excel PowerPoint.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in English.
