Job description
Key Responsibilities : - Scrum Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the Scrum framework is followed, and remove impediments to the team's progress. - Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and open communication within the team. Support and empower the development team in their self-organizing efforts. - Product Owner Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear understanding of product backlog items and priorities. Assist in grooming and maintaining the product backlog. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and work with the team to implement changes. Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. - Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key Agile metrics to stakeholders. Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress over time. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement at the organizational level. - Risk Management: Proactively identify and address risks and issues that may impact the team's ability to deliver. Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certification is highly desirable.- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.- Strong knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. - Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. - Experience with project management tools and Agile management tools (e.g., Jira).
