Job Description Ability to understand Clients’ Business requirement, solution Designing and prepare proof of concept for multiple client Should be able to answer handle RFP responses in Oracle HCM Space Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation for US Localization Experience in creating fast formulas and updating the Payroll Fast Formulas Good to Have Knowledge in Oracle HCM Modules such as HR, Absence , Benefits , Compensation, OTL Should have Knowledge of HDL , HSDL , BI and OTBI Should have done Year End Processing for US Clients Payroll Processing , Configuration of Payroll Business Objects, Fixing and Migrating Payroll Objects Should Have good Knowledge of State ,Federal , Local taxations.
