Job Title: Senior Officer-HSE
Job Location: Mahad, Maharashtra
Experience Range: 3 to 5 years
Specific Industry: Chemical Industry
Job Responsibilities:
· Operate ETP and coordinate plant processes to achieve treated effluent quality within CTO/CETP norms.
· Monitor and control the cost of consumables for ETP, RO, MEE, Safety, Health, and Fire.
· Manage and upkeep fire systems.
· Provide training on HSE to employees and contract workers, conduct safety inspections, and suggest improvements periodically.
· Generate, update, and maintain records of UC, UA, near misses, and follow up until closure.
· Capture evidence during investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses, suggesting remedial measures and verifying control effectiveness.
· Conduct safety awareness sessions based on JSA, legal requirements, and HR & plant processes.
· Liaise with HSE&F Government Authorities (DISH, CCE, MPCB, CPCB, MIDC Fire, CWC).
· Ensure statutory compliance related to the HSE&F department.
· Carry out risk assessments, HAZOP, JSA, and FTA for product safety.
