Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of AV Flexologic's flexographic equipment and Tech Sleeves' products in the Indian market.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers across the printing and packaging industries.
Conduct thorough market research to understand the unique needs and trends within the Indian flexographic market.
Actively represent both AV Flexologic and Tech Sleeves at industry-specific events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Work in close coordination with teams at the Netherlands headquarters and the Asia Pacific regional office in Thailand to synchronize sales strategies, product knowledge, and market insights.
Meet or exceed sales targets while providing consistent feedback and market intelligence to both the Netherlands and Thailand management teams.
Requirements:
Demonstrated sales experience in the printing, packaging, or related industrial sectors, with a particular emphasis on the flexographic industry.
Deep understanding of the flexographic market dynamics in India.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and local Indian languages; ability to travel within the region.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
