Job description

Technical PM is primarily responsible for Managing multiple Security Engineering services like IAM, Okta, AD / Azure AD, Cyberark, Centrify, etc., and should have hands-on experience with the ability to drill deep into the issues and carrying out RCA on time.

Job Title: Technical Project Manager (H ands-on experience in Security Engineering areas like IAM, AD/OKTA)

Location: - Hyderabad

• The Technical Manager will manage the 24/7 engineering Level 2 and Level 3 teams. The candidate must ensure utmost quality of the service is delivered.
• To be successful in this role the individual must be able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment as well as multitask. In addition, he/she must be able to demonstrate the ability to independently drive and maintain projects. This role requires good communication skills, good technical abilities, strong collaboration with team members, clients and leadership.
• Use the experience and exposure to Cloud (AWS), AD, IIQ, Cyber Security products
• Ability and zeal to learn new products and technologies

• At least 5 years’ experience in managing large technology engineering team or L2/L3 Technology Support team with an overall experience of 12 or more years in IT industry.
• Good technical knowledge in Active Directory, OKTA, Cyber Security, SailPoint IIQ, etc.,
• Good knowledge of Cloud (AWS) services
• Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Splunk, monitoring tools etc.
• Experience in managing a large team for a global client (US preferred).
• Ability to deep dive into technical aspects of applications and provide technical guidance to team as needed
• Proven ability to manage large team(s)
• Understanding of various Operational processes such as escalation process, event monitoring, server management etc.
• Ability to find immediate solutions for customer service issues.
• Good knowledge of Identity and Access Management frameworks and best practices
• Good Knowledge of Role Based Access Controls
• Good Knowledge of Identity Life Cycle Management and Workflows
• Understanding of Security Incident and Event Management tools.
• Excellent coordination with cross functional team for finding the root cause.
• Good knowledge of detailed reporting and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Excellent in understanding the risks with the resources and preparing backup plans
• Experience with enterprise ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.,
• Excellent understanding of SLAs, KPIs, metrics and reporting on the service performance and ability generate and report metrics to senior leadership
• Flexible with working hours based on the service requirement
• Candidate must have experience in process improvements
• Experience in conducting monthly/quarterly business review with senior leadership
• Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills
• Demonstrates good active listening skills with an ability to interpret customers’ communications, to understand the gist of the problem

Nice to Have: Certification in AD / Cyber Security areas.
