Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing) Analyze marketing data and identify areas for improvement Manage and optimize the Courtyard Farms website and landing pages for conversions Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers in the industry Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a growth marketing role Track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven growth strategies Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting Experience with marketing automation platforms Excellent communication and collaboration skills A passion for goat milk products and the health and wellness industry
