Job Title: Financial Products Trainer

Job Description:

A Financial Products Trainer is responsible for overall management of technical training in the organization viz. Identifying needs of training, developing content for the training & delivery of the training. programs specifically focused on financial products and services. This role involves assessing the training needs of sales professionals within the organization, creating tailored training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the impact of the training programs. The primary objective is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and sales techniques of the financial sales team, enabling them to effectively promote and sell financial products to clients. Trainer can identify sources who can help in building the content as well as help in delivering the content available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1) Financial Products Expertise:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of various financial products and services, including but not
