Job description

As a Battery Pack Designer, you will be responsible for hands-on design and development, architecting, lab testing, and troubleshooting electronics circuits and systems. You will join a team dedicated to raising the standards for battery management systems and contribute to their continuous improvement. You will help build robust electronics impervious to the hostility of various applicative environnements. At Gegadyne Energy, you will have the opportunity to make our batteries safer, more efficient, and basically help the world tackle some of its biggest challenges: Bulky and longer battery life.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools
• Good math skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

• Experience in industrial design
• Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques
• BSc/MSc in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering or relevant field
• Experience with design programs (like Illustrator and Sketch)
• Time-management skills
• Good knowledge of 3D modeling software
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools
• Additional certification from the American Design Drafting Association (ADDA) is a plus
