Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
2. Outbound Calls:
- Initiate outbound calls
- Engage in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition of our educational materials.
3. Sales Conversion:
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with customers through regular followups and personalized communication.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns providing timely and accurate information.
5. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
6. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions with customers in the companys CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance activities and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.Proven experience in tele marketing and sales conversion preferably in the education sector.
2. Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
4. Resultsdriven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Knowledge of educational products and the publishing industry is a plus.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
- This is 6days work from office role.
