Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VoIP Engineer located in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The VoIP Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading Voice over IP (VoIP) telecom systems, Gateways, SBC,etc. They will also provide technical support and work closely with the Networking team and operators

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Proficiency in Voice over IP (VoIP) and telephony systems
• Experience providing technical support to end-users
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, Sangoma, Audiocodes or other relevant technologies are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
