Job description
Job Summary: The client is looking for a Business Analyst: Looking for a vendor management/procurement expertise/asset management background. Someone who can understand our activities, our processes, help in documentation, setup processes, help in communications, building communication materials. Looking for someone to support vendor relationship management/supplier relationship management. First few days will be understanding what the relationships is with larger PepsiCo IT. Give them some reading materials to look at/understand and come back with questions. Then, this individual will develop process documentation, guide on requirements, set up standard documentation templates, build workflows.
Responsibilities: · 5+ years as a Business Analyst · Experience in writing documentation (functional to technical requirements) · Ability to collaborate with multiple level of stakeholders · Excellent written and oral communication (English) · Expertise in MS Visio; Proficient in MS Office · Bachelor or Associate Degree Qualifications: Vendor Management expertise Procurement background User of Enlighta or similar toolJob tags
