Qualification- MBA
Experience- 10 Yrs to 15 Yrs
Salary- 10 LPA to 11LPA
- Should be from Logistics industry with good knowledge of compliance and payroll management.
- Driver and Staff grievance handling
- Internal & External Audit handling
- Good communication skill
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and payroll software
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Team handing
- Employee Engagement
- PMS
- Admin, Housekeeping, Security handling
