SalesResponsibilities :
- Responsible for all aspects of products w.r.t features, positioning, the sales pitch for existing as well as new products such as Insurance ( Life Insurance, General Insurance), Mutual Funds, Debt Instruments, Fixed Deposits , Bonds/NCDs etc. - Managing investments & maintaining Client relationships, interact directly with clients, reviewing their portfolios, giving regular updates, resolving their queries - Create plans to address clients' business needs - Advise clients on creating profitable processes - Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied - Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate - Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and product - Developing and implementing sales strategies for the business across all channels.
